- Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
- Bank charges, gateway fees, or taxes are non-refundable.

- Check-In & Schedule: Standard hotel check-in time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to availability. Guests are requested to follow the itinerary schedule for a smooth tour experience.
- Transportation: All transfers and sightseeing are provided strictly as per the itinerary. Vehicles are not on a disposal basis. Please note that air-conditioning may be limited in hilly and mountainous regions.
- Pricing & Force Majeure: Tour package prices may change due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, road closures, strikes, festivals, flight changes, or natural events. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be made where possible, without refund or compensation.
- Booking & Cancellation: Once confirmed, tour registrations are non-cancelable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. The company reserves the right to cancel a booking if required, with a full refund of the amount paid.
- Itinerary Changes: Hotels, transport, or sightseeing may be modified due to operational or safety reasons. We ensure comparable alternatives to maintain the quality of your travel experience.
- Guest Conduct: Misbehavior, misuse of services, or any form of verbal or physical misconduct will result in immediate tour termination without any refund.
- Guest Responsibility: Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings, health, safety, and adherence to local laws. Any illegal activity during the tour is strictly prohibited.
