Cancellation Policy
- 30 days or morebefore travel: 25% of total booking costcharged as cancellation fees.
- 15 to 29 daysbefore travel: 50% of total booking costcharged as cancellation fees.
- Within 14 daysof travel: 100% of total booking costcharged as cancellation fees.
- No-show or last-minutecancellations (after trip start): Non-refundable.
- In case of weather disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, or other force-majeure events, alternate arrangements will be offered whenever possible. However, cash refunds are not available in such scenarios.
Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
- Bank charges, gateway fees, or taxes are non-refundable.
- No refund for early departure or no-show.
