• Booking is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Itinerary may change due to weather, road conditions, or local regulations.
• Hotel check-in/check-out timings are as per hotel policy.
• HimTrails is not responsible for delays due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances.
• Guests must carry valid government photo ID during travel.
• No refund for unused services or missed sightseeing.

Cancellation Policy

• 30 days or morebefore travel: 25% of total booking costcharged as cancellation fees.
• 15 to 29 daysbefore travel: 50% of total booking costcharged as cancellation fees.
• Within 14 daysof travel: 100% of total booking costcharged as cancellation fees.
• No-show or last-minutecancellations (after trip start): Non-refundable.
• In case of weather disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, or other force-majeure events, alternate arrangements will be offered whenever possible. However, cash refunds are not available in such scenarios.

Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
• Bank charges, gateway fees, or taxes are non-refundable.
• No refund for early departure or no-show.

Payment Terms

• Check-In & Schedule: Standard hotel check-in time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to availability. Guests are requested to follow the itinerary schedule for a smooth tour experience.
• Transportation: All transfers and sightseeing are provided strictly as per the itinerary. Vehicles are not on a disposal basis. Please note that air-conditioning may be limited in hilly and mountainous regions.
• Pricing & Force Majeure: Tour package prices may change due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, road closures, strikes, festivals, flight changes, or natural events. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be made where possible, without refund or compensation.
• Booking & Cancellation: Once confirmed, tour registrations are non-cancelable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. The company reserves the right to cancel a booking if required, with a full refund of the amount paid.
• Itinerary Changes: Hotels, transport, or sightseeing may be modified due to operational or safety reasons. We ensure comparable alternatives to maintain the quality of your travel experience.
• Guest Conduct: Misbehavior, misuse of services, or any form of verbal or physical misconduct will result in immediate tour termination without any refund.
• Guest Responsibility: Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings, health, safety, and adherence to local laws. Any illegal activity during the tour is strictly prohibited.
